Returns and exchanges
- Only a store credit (NO REFUNDS) will be issued for returns which expires in 6 months and can only be used IN-STORE.
- You have 7 days after the order has been delivered for any returns or exchanges.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags fully attached, and in the original packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 7-day grace period; (2)worn; (3) altered; (4)washed; (5)or damaged in any way.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable items: SALE ITEMS and accessories (bags, belts and jewelry) are FINAL SALE. SEQUINS, METALLIC, SPARKLES, FEATHERS, GLITTER & RHINESTONES ARE FINAL SALE. These items cannot be returned for store credit or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
